‘Being Human’ is a documentary that was released in 2005 and deals primarily with education. Directed by a film director from Quebec this documentary is about essentially how public education as a whole operates and what becomes of and what happens with those students who are considered as being the problem cases of the school and how the institution deals with them.

This is one good piece of documentary work. The film is about the same old, giving the under privileged kids a chance in a dangerous criminal neighborhood, but the only difference in this documentary is the fact that this is strikingly real with characters who actually existed. The documentary is filmed based on a high school in Newark and the school itself was Weequahic High.

This film is quite a bold out-there kind of a documentary that if watched with the rest of the family might cause quite a lot of dinner-time conversation if you are open to that kind of dialogue. The film is actually quite inspirational in terms of how a young fifteen year old perhaps has more common sense than most other people around her.
